At INZYX LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every product we sell with a straightforward 30-day return policy.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@inzyxpets.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label for defective or incorrect items.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@inzyxpets.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at support@inzyxpets.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable: perishable goods, custom or personalized items, items marked as final sale, and opened consumable pet products (treats, vitamins, etc.) for hygiene reasons.
