Shipping Policy for INZYX (USA)

Thank you for shopping with INZYX. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and policies.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts).


4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your shipment in real time.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time (optional—adjust if needed).


7. Delayed or Lost Packages

INZYX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@inzyxpets.com , and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
INZYX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
